Refund Policy

Payments for elid Premium are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. This policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work.

1. Subscription & billing

elid Premium is a recurring monthly subscription priced at $7.99 per month (plus any applicable taxes, which Lemon Squeezy calculates at checkout). It renews automatically each month until you cancel. Your receipt and invoices come from Lemon Squeezy.

2. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time — through the subscription-management link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt email, or by contacting us at [CONTACT EMAIL]. When you cancel:

your Premium access continues until the end of the current paid month;
you are not charged again;
we do not provide partial refunds for the unused part of a billing period, except as set out below or as required by law.

3. Refunds

We want you to be happy with Premium. If it isn’t right for you, you may request a full refund within [14] days of a charge by contacting [CONTACT EMAIL] with your account email and the date of purchase. We may decline repeated or clearly abusive refund requests (for example, requesting a refund every month while continuing to use Premium heavily).

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you may also have a statutory right to cancel a purchase within 14 days. Because Premium is a digital service supplied immediately, by subscribing you ask us to start providing it right away and acknowledge that your cancellation right may be reduced once the service has been used.

4. How to request a refund

Include your name and the approximate purchase date (the order ID from your Lemon Squeezy receipt helps).
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method by Lemon Squeezy, usually within [5–10] business days.

5. Failed or disputed payments

If a renewal payment fails, your Premium access may be paused or downgraded to the free tier until payment succeeds. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us before raising a chargeback — we can usually resolve it faster directly.

6. Changes to Premium

If we materially reduce the benefits of Premium during a period you have already paid for, contact us and we will offer a fair remedy, which may include a pro-rata refund. We may change future pricing, but changes will not affect the month you have already paid for.
